Following the recent update of our renowned extra heavy-duty timber grapples, the MG12 series has now been upgraded accordingly.
This redesign incorporates stronger materials, optimized geometry, and enhanced durability — all developed in close collaboration with our end users.
The upgraded MG12 offers several key improvements:
Increased strength – forged bearing housings in the grapple arms provide greater strength and stiffness
Optimized geometry – improved performance, better grip characteristics, and smoother material flow
Wear-resistant tip plates – extended service life in demanding applications (not applicable to bio grapples without tips)
Wider design – overall width increased by 20 mm
Extended service life – wider main bearings contribute to longer operational life
Greater versatility – introduction of a combo model compatible with XR-type rotators or bolt-on/weld-on interfaces
